Marc is uniquely qualified to deliver timely inspirational messages and workshops to a wide range of professionals as he continues to reach back into his experience in hospitality at the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company and his 16 year contribution to education as a former teacher, head coach and Safe Schools administrator.
Marc received the prestigious Five Star award from the Ritz Carlton in 1996. After a career change, he was later recognized by principals and superintendents in Palm Beach County as a great resource for motivational assemblies and his ability to influence the lives of both students and faculty on some of the most challenging campuses in the district.
Marc played collegiate football at Murray State University for former Virginia Tech and College Football Hall of Fame Coach Frank Beamer. While at Murray State, he played the flanker position helping the Racers win the Ohio Valley Conference Championship in 1986. He freely acknowledges that his diverse background has galvinized a spirit of excellence when working with high school and collegiate athletes as well as his professional life coaching clients.
Marc has committed himself to designing a life that he can be proud of.
His desire to help others reach their potential with skillful coaching and sincere godly encouragement is what sets him apart from most.
He is especially gifted in connecting with both the Millennial and Generation Z and understands the importance of personal discover as they pursue their goals and dreams with confident determination. He has also identified the need to bring generations together and created a three hour interactive presentation entitled the
Generation Gauntlet
which was he delivered at the
Broward County Aviation Department receiving great reviews.
Marc studied communications at Murray State University and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biblical Studies from New Covenant International & Theological Seminary. He is true disciple of Jesus Christ who demonstrates care and concern for everyone he connects with. Marc has the ability to relay godly wisdom to those who desire knowing the truth about what God's will is for their life. He is the author of The Dream Playbook; designed to help those who are serious about achieving their dreams understand the significance of recognizing the right people and strategies needed to build a personal playbook for a promising future.
Marc has been married to his college sweetheart Donna for 32 years. Donna is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and the owner of Murray & Associates Family Healthcare. They have two children Gaston 27, a professional tennis instructor and assistant coach at The Citadel in Charleston ,South Carolina. Hannah 25 , is also a tennis instructor at the Palm Beach Gardens tennis center in South Florida and is very gifted with working with young players.
